A production Next.js and PostgreSQL platform I designed and built end-to-end as the sole developer, shipping the Patient Management and Reporting modules from schema design through deployment.

problem

The platform needed patient records and reporting as first-class modules, with no existing schema, API surface or deployment path to build on.

solution

Owned the whole vertical: relational schema, API routes, UI, and the deployment pipeline, shipped as two production modules.
